Flowers have always inspired artists from all over the world. They have always tried with their artistic expression to approach nature in some world. In nineteenth-century romanticism, nature was seen as the expression of the divine on earth, for others such as the Impressionists, it was part of the pleasant aspects of society and the works were often made in the open air to catch all aspects of the surrounding world. Among the most famous paintings I could mention only some great world-famous artists such as Edouard Manet with his painting "Vase of peonies on a pedestal", Vincent Van Gogh painted "Sunflowers", Claude Monet who painted "Water lilies" and many others. My flower vase (which is not a famous painting) simply represents a part of me as it is a bouquet offered to my wife on the occasion of the tenth anniversary of our wedding and I wanted to make it special, personal too, highlighting the natural beauty of the most common flowers.
